This building of Townscape Merit presented in a conservation area, which introduced specific and more complex planning regulations.

We transformed the internal orientation by 360 degrees to introduce more sunlight to the main living spaces and create a more inviting and welcoming place to live. The basement extension now houses a large open plan kitchen/diner within the living space, linked by a glass stairwell to the ground floor.

Additional accommodation includes a self-contained unit on the basement level and an entire new master suite on the first floor.
