In 2004, Arc8 Projects was formed as a small team in Sydney.  Within 3 years we had grown significantly, delivering beach front properties and developments across Australia.

Our London practice was established in 2007, since then we have expanded from our London base across the Southeast and nationwide.

Designing homes, as opposed to houses has taken a huge leap forward in the last 5 years.  Our clients see their homes as a space for mindfulness, with focus on the importance of wellbeing, light, views and sustainable, biophilic design.

The skill we bring lies in designing a unique space within accurate costs, sustainable, energy saving products, smart home technology solutions and key design ideas found beyond the pages of a magazine or social media platform.

After being founded by RIBA, ARB award winning architect Rik Hall in 2004; an experienced team of diverse and highly skilled interior designers, technicians, CAD specialists and modellers have been brought together to ensure we continue to provide the very best service to our clients.

Initially training as a teacher, Alexandra transferred her communication, organisational and leadership skills to marketing and PR within recruitment. After going on to manage her own sales and events company, she came on board with Rik as Director in 2007.

She manages our social media platforms, as well as new business, press & website content creation and post project photography.

Margaret is the backbone of our accounts department. Having spent her working life in finance, she manages all aspects of invoicing and bookkeeping for our contractors, suppliers and clients.

Ivana creates our CGI imagery and is highly skilled in three-dimensional model making. With her excellent eye for composition, photo-realism, and lighting; her high-quality renderings and walkthroughs can be used to assist clients in visualising their project long before construction begins, a crucial stage in the design journey.
