BRIEF:
To fully refurbish an end of terrace property in the Bayswater Conservation Area to create a rear extension and convert a lower ground floor garage.
We reconfigured and extended the ground floor to create a modern, open plan living, dining and kitchen space. The disused garage was remodelled to create a basement and gym studio. A contemporary style was chosen for the architectural aesthetic, in contrast with the host dwelling. Materials included grey structural steel, white rendered blockwork and planar glazing.
