To modernise, extend and reconfigure ground floor space for more practical, stylish living.

This beautiful house in Cobham was outdated and in need of modernisation for the family to enjoy. The kitchen, dining and living area were individual rooms and were small, dark and impractical.

The clients had a young family and wanted to create more of an entertaining and socialising area to suit them all.  We worked alongside them to design a rear extension which would make the area larger for the family to use.  This flooded it with more space and light.  The kitchen was reconfigured to create an open plan dining and island area with better accessibility to the garden and outdoor areas.
