BRIEF:

To maximise internal space on all levels, reconfigure the garden, pool, terrace and create an outdoor entertainment space.

The client wanted to completely reconfigure the existing dwelling of the ground floor to create a separate kitchen, living and dining experience within one open-plan area and a large rear extension.  We re-designed the layout of the terrace, BBQ and pool area to incorporate an ‘entertaining space.’ 

The loft was converted to create additional guest suites, storage and en-suite bathrooms.  We opened the entrance hall to create a light filled three-storey atrium and a double sweeping staircase.  We optimised the design from the southerly aspect to create more natural light and sunshine within the building.
