This client was very specific with design ideals and wanted the house designed within the ‘golden ratio’ to a Georgian style. The replacement dwelling had to comprise a large oak framed garage with accommodation above for visiting guests. We designed a symmetrical property spanning three floors, including an internal pool, entertaining space and open plan living creating a property over 8000 sq.ft.
