This house was built to very specific requirements from the clients, significantly that it must be passive standard.  They wanted an 8 bedroom replacement dwelling spanning 4 floors.  The house was over 12,500 sq. ft and includes and internal swimming pool, elevators, games room, home entertainment space and open ground floor.
