Extensive alterations including additional storey to an outdated bungalow.

This 1970’s chalet bungalow was outdated and needed extensive alterations.  Our planning application was approved within four weeks.  After tenders had been processed it was decided by the client and architect that it would be more financially viable to create a new build.  Our client loved our range of ideas and decided on a two storey, contemporary timber framed, passive house.
