To separate an original Victorian townhouse to create three contemporary apartments.

We sub divided the existing townhouse to provide a large open plan contemporary space on the lower ground floor with bi-folding doors onto the garden and terrace. The ground floor unit was a well-proportioned one bedroom space with roof terrace.  The top floor unit spanned two open plan storeys boasting magnificent views of the City skyline through the glazed balustrade.
