The client wanted to create modern, individual homes from unused outbuildings and planning was approved to convert the existing stables.  Planning was then re – submitted to create additional units incorporating a passive house design.  The original stable design was expertly maintained, retaining original features of the large, stable doorways and openings creating six family dwellings.
