We designed a new 10sqm basement to create a large utility room and family bathroom and modified the side infill to offer an open plan extension for a new kitchen, living room and dining area.  The master bedroom was re-configured to include an en-suite bathroom.

The rear garden courtyard was re-designed in a contemporary style to maximise the outdoor living space.
