This semi-detached Edwardian town house needed a full re-configuration of communal spaces as well as the creation of a basement to accommodate this growing family.  We re-configured the ground floor to open the living and dining area, WC and boot room.  We created a basement and cinema/games room for the children and opened space on the first-floor bedrooms and bathrooms to create a better through flow for this large family.
